Lowell, Massachusetts based mathcore / progressive metal act, Heavy Meta, have just announced their debut full-length, “Mana Regmata,” which is to be released February 11th, and 2 singles are available now. Lowell, Massachusetts is home to some super sick bands, among them the frequently-Mathcore-Index-featured MouthBreather, as well George Orwell the Musical, and Heavy Meta are no exception, bringing a blend of both angular riffage and extended phrasing with intricate guitar lines and longer compositions not dissimilar to bands like Between the Buried and Me, and more frantic, staccato sections similar to SikTh and The Dillinger Escape Plan.
