Atlanta mathcore outfit, The Callous Daoboys, are back with their first taste of new music in almost 3 years, and have announced their signing to MNRK Heavy, home to artists such Rolo Tomassi, Fit For An Autopsy, The Contortionist, and many more. Entitled “A Brief Article Regarding Time Loops,” the new single notes a marked progression in the Daoboys style, exercising quite a bit of restraint and dynamics with the song’s massive, atmospheric breakdown.
Although the band hasn’t yet officially announced a follow up LP, those attentive among us probably noted the http://celebritytherapist.co/ URL linked on the video and their socials. “Die On Mars” was our 2019 AOTY, and if this single is any indication, this yet-to-be-confirmed-album will most likely end up in our shortlist as well.
